OUR RETURN POLICY
KAXI accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged product for full refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase. Items received after 15 days will be refunded via store credit.
Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. Return labels will not be provided.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders over $35 receive free shipping within the US. Shipping is a flat rate of $4.50 on all orders below $35. Standard shipping is total of 3-6 business days for shipping + handling. Please allow extra days for shipping during new collection launches, and holidays. KAXI is not responsible for any stolen or missing packages.
