all orders over $40 receive free shipping within the US. shipping cost is a flat rate of $4.99 on all orders below $40. standard shipping is total of 3-6 business days for shipping + handling. please allow extra days for shipping during new collection launches, and holidays.

international shipping is available for a flat rate of $14.99 regardless of the country.
customer will be responsible for any additional customs/fees your country may require. (normally our packages are under 16 oz, and custom/fees are not required. Please check your local post office for more info on this). each International order will receive a FREE gift with purchase. We are SO proud to have KAXI represented all over the world.

KAXI is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. please read info below regarding our shipping insurance.

want to return something?

At KAXI we use a third party business to process our returns called redo. It is automatically added to your cart at checkout, and provides free, easy, and quick returns. The return must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your package for a full refund, and it must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. After the 15 days you will only be eligible for store credit. Any return after 30 days will be unaccepted.

Whether you purchased redo or not, you can file a claim here for a return. Those covered by redo will receive an automatic shipping label to send items back, and those not covered by redo can still simply process the return and easily pay for a shipping label through the portal. It's quick, easy, and completely automatic.

Your return will be processed when we receive the item back to our warehouse. You'll receive an email once your return is processed.

here at KAXI we offer shipping insurance that is automatically added to your order at checkout. you have to remove it from your cart manually if you don't want to be covered. offering this helps us as a small business when things like this happen that are out of both of our control!

if you've purchased insurance and your order is lost, damaged in transit, or stolen we will replace your items. please email us at help@shopkaxi.com and include your order number and any photos necessary.

if you manually took Insurance out of your cart, you opted out of any shipping insurance and will no longer be eligible for a replacement package through us.
